U13 Sussex Schools Tennis Champions

Following on from our U9 girl’s success in March, our U13 boy’s team triumphed at the Sussex Schools County Championship on Friday 25th May.

The tournament was held at St Bedes Senior School, and we entered 4 boys and 2 girls’ teams. The girls did their best but came up against some very strong schools, and unfortunately didn’t make it through their group stage.

The boy’s 1^st and 2^nd team did extremely well, battling through to the semi-finals where they faced each other. Our 1^st team won narrowly then went on to beat a strong Sion side with some scintillating tennis in the final.
